What is the style of the hotel and rooms?
Our entire hotel is built and furnished in classic Alpine Tyrolean style, with solid wood throughout. Timeless, romantic and most of all: super cozy. :-)
Are children welcome?
We are an adults only hotel. Therefore, we welcome guests aged 14 and older.
BECOMING AN ADULT WAS THE WORST DECISION YOU EVER MADE AS A KID?
Ours too. That’s why we decided to take the best parts of adulthood and bring them all under one roof: the Unterlechner roof. For over 30 years, our 4-star Hotel Unterlechner has stood for heartfelt hospitality and a genuinely personal connection with our guests. We don’t just want to offer great service – we live and breathe what truly makes us special, every single day. What that is? We don’t want to spoil the surprise. You’ll just have to experience it for yourself! ;-)
But... there’s a kid running around?!?
Sorry kids – Adults Only!
Except for our own, of course. Someone has to learn the ropes early and maybe take over one day!
Junior host Linda is well-mannered – and if you spot her, don’t be alarmed. ;-)

Please note: If your dog becomes restless, we reserve the right to kindly ask you to return them to your room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How do you handle guest complaints?
Nobody’s perfect – and we believe that mistakes are chances to improve. Should something not meet your expectations, please don’t wait until departure. Come talk to us immediately, we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
What‘s New Year’s Eve like at your hotel?
We call it “peaceful New Year’s” – calm, relaxed, and full of indulgence. On December 30, we start the countdown with a small pre-NYE fire or laser show on the terrace. On New Year’s Eve itself, a 3-toques gourmet dinner (€69 extra) awaits to enchant your evening. At midnight, we raise a toast together on the terrace. No big crowds, just a quiet New Year’s Eve in an intimate setting – refined, personal, unforgettable.
No crowds, just warmth and charm.
