We don’t do giant buffets or mass catering, no endless rows of beds, and certainly no convenience food. Instead, we serve everything freshly prepared by people who have worked with us for years and call this place home. You’ll also find a large selection of wines, expertly paired by our professional sommelier, who is happy to help you choose the perfect wine to accompany your dish.

By the way: This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Genießerhotels & Restaurants and to celebrate, we’ve created two exclusive limited-edition wines in collaboration with two of Austria’s top wineries: A Blaufränkisch from the iconic Burgenland winery Heinrich and a Sauvignon Blanc from the renowned Sattlerhof in southern Styria, whose own country hotel with fine dining is also part of the Genießerhotels.
