Why do you serve breakfast on an étagère instead of a buffet?
From Break-FAST to Break-SLOW! Breakfast is served directly to your table or room – no running around required. We believe in quality over quantity and sustainability over waste. Food is valuable, and we treat it that way.
In today’s standardized world, individuality is true luxury – tell us what you’d like, and we’ll serve it to you.
What makes us proud? Since switching to our breakfast étagère and evening salad bowls, we’ve reduced food waste by 75%!

Yes, it’s a special 3-toque Menu for a special night: €69 per person extra.

Whether hoodie or blazer – come as you are. What counts is kindness! We do appreciate a minimum age of 14 in the restaurant. We don’t check, but we can feel it ;-) Have fun!
What‘s New Year’s Eve like at your hotel?
We call it “peaceful New Year’s” – calm, relaxed, and full of indulgence. On December 30, we start the countdown with a small pre-NYE fire or laser show on the terrace. On New Year’s Eve itself, a 3-toques gourmet dinner (€69 extra) awaits to enchant your evening. At midnight, we raise a toast together on the terrace. No big crowds, just a quiet New Year’s Eve in an intimate setting – refined, personal, unforgettable.
No crowds, just warmth and charm.
